Victor Sanad – Founder
A diligent Businessman with a vast experience in both Hospitality and Revenue Management. He got his Master’s degree in Business Administration / Economics, Sanad then started a long journey in the hospitality field; learning, working, accomplishing, mastering and excelling in Hospitality management and Revenue analysis in IHG for years, then he started implementing years of hard work and knowledge into Holiday Homes sector to introduce professional and standard hospitality concepts into Holiday Homes experience that truly provides high quality standards and stands out from the crowd!
Tamer Nassif
Finance Director
Tamer, the founder and managing director of “Outsource Accounting Services FZE”, with an MBA in Finance, having extensive finance management experience of over 20 years is supervising Eden’s financial department with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring a well functional everyday financial operational procedures.
Nooreen Oozeear
Relationship Manager
Nooreen, having 6+ years of experience as a cabin crew member in Emirates Airlines, is responsible for building a positive relationship with the guests and overseeing their special requests, suggestions and ensuring that each and every guest is satisfied and delighted throughout their stay.
Marilyn Saweeris
Marketing Manager
Marilyn, with a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Pharmacy and with ample hands on experience in Marketing and channel management is responsible for the development and execution of the marketing plans for each channel to reach the target audience, increase sales and analyse the results.
Tamim Salah
Senior Operations Manager
Tamim, with over 10 years of experience in operations management in Five stars hotels such as Intercontinental hotels, always makes sure that the high-quality standards and our standard operational procedures are met in all our properties to provide a unique stay for our guests and ensure smooth day to day operations.

Our experience
While creating Eden’s, Victor, had a goal to implement the splendor of Five stars hospitality concepts at the comfort of feeling home. He managed, alongside with his hand-picked and well experienced team to achieve this goal.
